Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about claiming free trials through Try It Now Free — what is free, what needs a card, and how to cancel.
Is Try It Now Free actually free to use?
Yes. Try It Now Free is completely free for you to use. We list free trials, free samples and no-commitment offers from brands and services, and we never charge you a penny to browse or claim them. We may earn a commission from some of the companies we link to, which is how we keep the site running — it never changes what you pay.
Do I need a credit card to claim a free trial?
It depends on the offer. Many services ask for card details up front so the subscription can continue automatically once the trial ends, while others need no payment details at all. We flag which is which on each listing wherever we can, so you always know before you click through.
Will I be charged when the trial ends?
If the offer required card details, yes — most services roll into a paid subscription automatically when the free period finishes. That is normal and it is set by the provider, not by us. Note the end date when you sign up, and cancel before then if you do not want to continue.
How do I cancel a free trial?
You cancel directly with the service you signed up to, not with us — usually under Account, Subscription or Billing settings. Cancelling before the trial end date normally means you are not charged and you keep access until the period is up. Always check that provider’s own terms, as they vary.
Are these offers available in my country?
Many are region-specific. You can filter our listings by country, and we tag each offer with the markets where it is available. If an offer is not live in your country you will usually see that on the provider’s own signup page.
How often are the offers updated?
We review and refresh listings regularly, because free-trial terms change often — lengths change, offers get withdrawn and new ones launch. Even so, always confirm the current terms on the provider’s site before signing up, as their page is always the definitive source.
Do you sell my data or send spam?
No. We do not sell your personal data. If you join our email list you will get offer updates and you can unsubscribe at any time from any email. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
How do you make money?
Through affiliate commission. When you click certain links and sign up, the provider may pay us a fee. It costs you nothing extra and it does not affect which offers we list or how we rank them. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains this in full.
An offer did not work — what should I do?
Offers occasionally expire or change without notice. Get in touch via our Contact page with the offer name and what happened, and we will check the listing and update or remove it. It genuinely helps keep the site accurate for everyone.
